We are a Micro financing firm and based in Gauteng providing credit to South Africans via the Internet and Mobile channels. Flexible loans of up to R 4,000.00 from 3 days up to 1 Month.

Our Mission is to solve our client’s cash short fall for the month, waiting for pay day can be long with our assistance by providing responsible, affordable, and quick credit you can be rest assured that you will get through the rest of the month.

Our approach in dealing with customer applications are transparent and flexible you are in control with a company that adheres to strict regulatory requirements set out by the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, South Africa.

Our Process and Explainer:

  • You have full control on the amount and period of the loan applied for.
  • Once your supporting documents are uploaded you will be able to proceed to submit your application. This will only be done Once on your part, when your profile is verified and supporting documents are loaded, you will only be asked to reload certain supporting documents in reasonable intervals.
  • Once an outcome of your application has been reached you will be notified via SMS or Email to check your account on your profile on our website to finalise the application.
  • Upon electronically signing the credit agreement/Contract you must accept the Debi Check Mandate on your Banking app or channel for your debit order repayment,
  • Please note that no payment will be made before the Debi Check mandate has been approved by you, once the Debi Check mandate has been approved by you and verified and notified by your Bank as such, then your money will be paid with Immediate payment, please note that the Debi Check verification process can take up to a maximum of 12 Hours for verification of Debi Check acceptance.
  • If we assess that the Amount and Period of the loan that you applied for is High risk related to your affordability, current debt, and solvency we will re-calculate and notify you that we can accommodate your application with a lower amount, we will do everything possible to accommodate your application but responsible lending practice takes precedence.
  • If your original loan amount and period has been declined and we assessed that you might afford a lower Loan, we will inform you that you need to re-apply with a lower amount, stated with the required repayment period that will be more suitable for your current credit portfolio.
  • Our Aim is always to try and assist individuals in need, unfortunately there will be individuals that cannot be assisted for several reasons and we communicate if the application was not successful. The control is yours you may choose not to accept the lowered offer by not continue with the application, you maintain control, always.
  • We use Credit Bureau and Publicly available data to safe guard against Fraud and to make the best possible credit granting decisions.
  • Evidence of your declared Income and expenses are covered by the required supporting document channels and will be verified upon processing your application.
  • The calculation of your loan application includes all potential cost involved, No Hidden cost or fees.
  • The original loan first needs to be settled before any other loans are considered. No extension or Increase will be allowed once the loan has been approved and paid out.
  • You will always be reminded of the responsibility of taking out a loan with Broke AF, the amount and repayment date.
  • We will collect full repayment on the date agreed and the terms agreed to.
  • In the case where your personal/financial situation changed for the worse and repayment of your loan granted by Broke AF becomes difficult or you assess that default might be possible, we strongly urge you to contact us to discuss your situation and to make the best re-payment plan possible,
  • Remember your responsibility is to Broke AF to inform us if default on your Loan is possible by reaching out on the contact channels listed below.
  • By making payment arrangements with us and you keep with the terms will not affect your credit worthiness and Credit profile.
  • It is not worth to have your credit score and future credit applications compromised by not repaying your debt with Broke AF or not making payment arrangements. We are here to assist and we will always be eager to assist and find a way to assist you.
  • By defaulting with Broke AF will negatively affect your Credit Score and will signal to other Credit providers that you are High Risk, and your chances to be granted credit by other financial institutions will be very low.
  • Think twice before applying for Loan and make sure you absolutely need the loan; over-indebtedness can become overwhelming and have far reaching consequences if not handled correctly and responsibly.

Business Hours:

Our Business Hours is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays & 8.am to 1 p.m. on Saturdays, Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Applications and Payouts will be done within this timeframe, if an application is sent through falling outside operating hours your application will be processed first thing the following business day morning, excluding public holidays.
